Meet Fiona ~ Mindfulness facilitator, NLP & Reiki practitioner

Fiona is the Co-founder of Moment Company and is on a mission to share the benefits of mindfulness, meditation and breathwork having suffered, and recovered, from burnout herself. 

Through learning simple, quick and effective mindfulness techniques we all have the power to intentionally change the wiring in our brain and thereby change the way we think. I was warned, it would change my life, and it did!
