Come and join our Monday morning group, in Northbeach Western Australia for a 90-minute session.
We will begin in a circle and explain the process, address any questions, demonstrate the technique used and most importantly what you can expect from your journey.
We share Breathwork techniques, movement and mindfulness techniques. You will then be invited to lie down on a mat and begin the journey where you will be guided through the process. This involves music, sound healing, oils and some light touch to support your nervous system.
- Limited to 5 participants.
- Each Monday morning 9.30 am.
- Please bring a yoga mat and blanket if required.
- A water bottle.
- You might like to bring an eye mask (this is optional).
